no channels scanning

Hi,

I am trying to set up "the box" for my neighbour.

All the channels scanned at first and then when I tried to upload the keys via his computer none of the channels would work as it said no signal.

I reset to factory setting and tried to scan again. It starts on 5% but does not find any channels.

I have tried to scan in my house where I know the signal is fine and still nothing.

I have updated the system to api version 4.

I would like to be able to transfer the information from my box to my neighbours but don't know how to do this.

Is there any files on this site that could help.

I don't know what to do and really need some help.

 

are u sure vers 4 is for box and not for starview 1,also no signal check co axial into cable input

 

'The Box' can only have API version 4.50 for Ireland or 4.51 if you're in the UK version 4.00 will not work on it.
