    Could someone help me to unlock a nokia 1600. Details are:

    Make/model phone: Nokia 1600
    IMEI #: 011164006307616
    Country the phone is locked in: Jamaica
    Provider the phone is locked to: Cable & Wireless

    Thanks for the code, but that one does'nt work. I tried only once as you said. Message was "code error".

    Jamaican models are tough to unlock but I do have a very high success rate with them.

    A few questions:

    Is the phones origin Jamaica ?

    is Cable & Wireless the only network to work with the phone ?

    Have you tried another sim ? Phone could be unlocked!

    #pw+112 294 232 053 302+7# ------ only to be used if all information is correct.

    hey spence,
    thanks for the effort. The other network is digicel which runs 900/1800 GSM. I'just hae to get a TRi-Band Phone for this to work. Thanks again.
