Hi folks hopefully someone can shed some light on my phone problem.I have recently purchased a used phone from a seller on flea-bay. I came to find the phone says insert sim card when i power it up. I insert my good working sim card from my network and it says "phone restricted" with a flashing stop sign and undo on the bottom. When i put in the code the seller gave me to unlock it from the carrier he had it with and hit ok it says Phone Restricted with a flashing stop sign. I have a feeling the phone has been hard locked ,can someone please tell me if this sounds like the case or am i doing something wrong. If your answer happens to be it is hard locked can someone tell me how i can salvage this phone. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer Gerald
