hi, thanks for responding. i've tried the code once, but it didn't work. the phone recent fell and has been reporting phone restriction:enter restriction code, and shuts down in about 30 seconds.

i've tried the codes, and the link, still the phone hasn't unlock.

 

Take the phone to a pro / shop to be unlocked directly with hardware.
