hey guys i'm trying to give this phone to my grandfather for x mas but i use tmobile and he uses cingular. I've paid the 5 bucks to unlock 123 .com but it still says code error any other suggestions would be helpful. Phone is Nokia 6010 IMEI is 010417009864475 Carrier T Mobile Country USA I've tried 3 codes so far is all and i'm worried thats all i'm gonna get he really needs to be able to use this phone as he can't even hear out of his 6390 or whatever that newer model is. Remove sim first,power on the phone. After the phone boots up, press # Press * 3 times fast for (p) Press * 4 times fast for (w) Press * 2 times fast for (+) Verify code before pressing the last #. ok i'm gonna try this one its different than the others i have tried. Thank you very much. its already given me code error on 3 different codes. do you think it will hurt anything to try one more time. If it does code error again will i be able to bye the cable and still unlock it with software? ok actually i just tried it right now and it still said code error. I don't know what else to do I know the IMEI is right and I know that the carrier is t mobile. Thanks though ~Heath
ohh ok it hasn't given me the message yet for being hardlocked so I think I can try one more time. I'm just lost as to why this isn't working I know the phone is a t mobile phone and the imei is correct and i'm in tx so i'm pretty sure thats the usa lol. any idea's guys?
yeah dude double checked everything it is USA TMOBILE IMEI is 010417009864475 and its a nokia 6010. no b or c or a or anything. I haven't tried another code yet. Think i should?
