Nokia 6030 - Restricted

I have this 'Unlocked' Nokia 6030. It used to be on Cingular service. When I inserted my T-Mobile SIM Card it showed Phone is Restricted. I pressed UNDO, then it asked me to Enter Restriction Code which I do not have.
I need help to remove the restriction. The IMEI is 010928/00/430943/1

Hey guys I'm really new into unlocking phones, I would really appreciate your help.

I typed in *#06# to get the serial no. which is 357671015227249

I read other threads that u need the IMEi not sure if it's the right thing or not

I currently use a Nokia 6030 registered to Vodafone Australia.
