imei : 354829/01/093617/1 hello.... somebody gifted this mobile to me.. .he bought it in the US and brought it here to pakistan for me... The problem is that it had a lock on it.. i paid for the lock and unlocked it but now it has some kind of service lock or something... It doesn't catch the network... it doesn't even try catching it.. Plz help me in this regard best wishes haseeb
It has what's called a frequency of GSM 850/1800/1900 and out in the sands, you most likely only have GSM 900 MHz so this would make the phone useless there.
