   Ill be looking through my phone and the camera pops up every now and then it starts to freeze so i turned off the phone and it said "test mode" and then i turned it back off and now it doesnt turn on at all.

   The phone needs to be returned for a replacement or flashed at your local mobile phone repair shop.
