    can i have the security master code for my nokia 6300

    IMEI: 353933/01/703526/7

    is currently locked to vodafone.

    can you also let me know how to implement the master security code too.

    ---hi pls. help, my phone is nokia 6300 and i forgot the security code (damn it!) and luckily got the mastercode. i don't know how to unlock/disable the security code pls. help...-- "whats the procedure in unlocking the phone, while i turned on the phone without the sim, and it says, "Start up phone without SIM card?, as i press ACCEPT, still i have to enter the security code.. please help!! geez 007..

    Should be straight forward by switching phone on when asked for the passcode enter the mastercode,leave it for a while switch it off then back on and it should have reset to the providers normal original code,in this case Nokias 12345

    thanks a lot geezer, is the passcode is same as mastercode? by the way, i followed the steps in unlocking the phone, of this site, "lur.nu" but still 'code error' am i on the right track? my phone(nokia 6300) has no sim right now luckily i can use the features(Mp3 player,etc.), still has the security code(active),and i want to put it out. is there another way? pls. help

    Mmm! The Mastercode is purely to reset you phones security pin number that you have put into the phone yourself but have forgotten,it resets it back to factory setting,in this case a nokia is 12345.
    To unlock your phone there are many websites that you just input the phones IMEI:Number by tapping in #06# then send it to them who will in return for a small fee say £5 send you the unlock code,unless someone on this Forum gives it to you for free....Best of luck.

    Your Security Mastercode is: 7573766511 remember this is only to reset the security code if forgotten on your phone it resewts it back to 12345
