nokia 6303c ,,can it be unlocked???

i know any phone after 2007 is harder to get codes but does anyone know where or how to get the codes and where do the lads in china town get them ??do they pay a once of fee to a web page or do they actually connect the phone to the computer,,as far as i know a code is all thats needed,,any how looking to unlock an nokia 6303c locked on vodaphone and coming up enter restriction code,,any info appreciated,,thanks
