nokia 7360 with no signal

    How can i tell if the phone is locked? I am putting a working sim card in, it comes on... just no signal.

    I bought the phone online, so i have no idea what the phone was originally programmed to.

    imei: 359353006847685 it was shipped from Hong Kong
