Try a search in the tuner menu.

The scan has no affiliation to any cam or card.
You should try the dvb frequency from the engineer menu. There are 2 frequencies. The other one is for the cable modem.

If you get no channels from the scan the frequency is simply wrong for your cable feed.
    Try frequencies from neighbour areas.
The signal could also be to strong or too weak.

    Hi all
I have been given a dbox with ATmega163 by a mate, I have read everything I could find about them so I bought a infinity usb read/writer and managed to get it up and running, the problem I have is I only have 15 or so channels some free some subed tvX etc all working fine, I need to know wich hex file to use for my area to get all the availabe channels. I used humax_6_in_one_eeprom_funcard_file_hex dated 23/08/2008.
Is this the correct one for widnes cheshire or dose anybody know wich one I should use?
    Any help would be great

Do you have a problem with the channel scan or a problem with scrambled channels?
The scan procedure has no affiliation to any card.
