    depends what box type and really whether the one your using wokrs grand already like im a fan of sportser but commando 7.5 is supposed to be great also

    doesnt really matter as long as it is modded for uk cable with a sportser or commando dont really worry to much about your flash as long that it is either 1 of those 2
