   i need to fix the errors on my HD, but disk doctor says it cant fix them, cause another process or the operating system has exclusive access to the drive....the sensor says Hd defragmentation 75% and the alarm for it is at 95%, how can i get around it...?

   try it in safe mode or do the ctrl+alt+del routine to see what is running in the background
