NOT ENOUGH DISC SPACE???

    i have just bought pioneer 108 rewriter.using INFINITI dvd 4.7gb discs.source drive is samsung dvd rom.when using either NERO 6 or ALCOHOL 120% to make backup of ps2 games,get message error "not enough disc space" i am not making image onto HD,just a straight copy for copy,INFINITI only reading approx 3.3gb,is this the 108 not reading the whole disc space???any help much appreciated.

    well, doing it this way is bad, and will probably generate errors. have you tried making an image?

    cannot use hardrive at the moment,saving up cash to upgrade,just wanted to make straight copy for copy.kind regards.

    one other thing,how do i update my firmware?been told it can damage my dvd rewiter if i dont.

    hursty, u didnt tell me. y do you need to use dvd-r and nt dvd-rw
