I have jus copied a dvd from another copied dvd. It wrote perfectly but when i inserted it into my DVD player it said it was not PAL. Might it have anything to do with the audio being "AC3 2-ch Unspecified" this is checked with a tick. there is no other options for tha audio. How can i make it playable and for they DVD player not come come up with "not PAL"??
The audio has got nothing to do with the format [NTSC/PAL]. If you're in a PAL region of the world you probably have a stand alone DVD player that is also NTSC compatible [as all that have been sold here in the U.K have been for at least the last 10 yrs]. And likewise for TV sets , if bought in the last 10 yrs & in a PAL region you should be able to play NTSC no problem. Sometimes you have set the DVD player/TV to accept NTSC resolution ... so check all settings/options. Also this is a good dvd player compatibilty check : http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers
