not sure whats going on?

    Well here is my problem,I can turn on my computer,but the monitor won;t come on/when i go to turn my computer off i have to turn it off from the back power switch on my computer.So i got inside my computer/unplugged my hard drive/then it came on/i noticed that on my burner the light stayed on the whole time when i first turn the computer on,so i'm stumped..I think it might be the hard drive,but not sure can somebody HELLLPPPP MEEEEEEE PLEAASSEE!!!

    Try unpluging the CDROM (IDE and power Molex) and see if it boots. If it doesent then try swapping to a different power supply. and make sure memorey and video card are securly fit in. Lemme know what goes on...
