Im running an HP Pavilion ze4500 with a brand new battery and the notebook shuts down after windows pops up with all of my icons just when i getting ready to start a program. Whether it be IE, Itunes, Word...it just shuts off completely!!! It holds charge with the AC adapter without a problem and the green charge light is on. Can someone please advise. Is it the internal temperature threshold? How do you increase that if it is the problem. Thanks in advance. JAM

go to your control panel and then power options or management and there should be a tab containing the current charge of the battery, make sure that it says its 100%
