OK, i have a bunch of divx avi i downloaded from various places. I tried to open all of them with Tmpgenc and it says "unsupported format" every time. I tried opening them through VirtualDubMod so i could maybe extract the audio (even though it was in mp3) but they would even open there. It said it couldnt reconize the codec which varied from divx3..etc. The only problem is that when i open it through Gspot, the codecs work but there is an error with the divx decoder filter. I really dont knwo what to do next. Can anyone help me out?
thanks, thats what i tried, it worked. I find it weird though, that my computer didnt have it, for some reason, i coudl only open the file through divxplayer. The codec would work elsewhere
