NRG??

    I want to play the original version of Metal Gear Solid on my psp so i downloaded the game off a torrent site. I just noticed that the 2 CDs are formated NRG. What is a NRG? will it work on a psp or do i need to convert it to ISO? Anything will help

    CDs? Make sure you downloaded Metal Gear Solid for PSP.

    Anyways, I've never seen a format called NRG but try and convert it using WinRAR.

    Hello Hisop: Basically what an nrg file is, is an cd image of something. There is a great piece of software used to convert it to iso which is called: Nrg4iso. Just google it. Hope this helps.

    i dont understand what the download is, just a bunch of notepad files and one i cant figure what program to open with

    My bad, its non-compiled source code. I just did a google search and couldn't find it a Windows version, sorry.

    anyother way to convert NRGs?
