Hi, I currently run Fat32 under win XP but notice (seamonkeys guide) that NTFS is recommended. Whats the best way to change the file system? Reformat? or can i do it from Win XP?

Also will programs such as IFO edit work when converting DVD-9 to DVD-5 under win XP?

    Thanks ;)_X_X_X_X_X_[small]AMD XP2000+, 512DDR, PioneerA05, WinXP/ME DualBoot[/small]

PartitionMagic will convert your FAT32 FS to NTFS rather nicely without having to reformat.

    IFOedit works with XP.

you do not need to use partition magic or anything other than the command line from your own computer and you will not format anything or lose any information just follow thes steps:

To convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt
    Open Command Prompt.
In the command prompt window, type
    convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs

For example, typing convert D: /fs:ntfs would format drive D: with the ntfs format.
