   hi is ntl signal down in dublin.have they copped onto using starview boxes.all im getting since four today is no signal.two of my friends who live in same area are getting the same.even the basic package is not working. anyone else have the same problem??

   I believe the Fing**s area is currently down so I would say some areas are affected.
