hi, i have a few NTSC Ps2 games that i bought over-seas, but my Ps2 is a Pal Ps2. I cant get a Mod-Chip or SwapMagic (or any of those type of things, and sadly my computer is not strong enough to play them through an emulator =( so i wanted to know if there was anyway to either copy or manipulate the games so that i can play them on my Ps2, by making new copies or doing something?
    Any help would be greatful.

The only way is to get a chip or swap magic(Well i suggest Swap Magic because it too easy to be true) because they can both play NTSC and PAL formats which is handy for you when you go overseas to get games. Hope this helped =)

nope, as above that is the only way. Because if you made a copy with your computer and converted it to NTSC then you would still need those in order to play the back up copy you made.
