I have an OEM Vista Ultimate that I bought to install on a new computer. However, I have seen a good deal on a computer at Circuit City that I am thinking about getting.

How would I install the OEM Vista Ultimate on a harddrive that already has a system?

You shouldn't have any trouble installing Vista on a PC that already has an operating, but Vista must be the last operating system you install on it. Once you put Vista on it, that's your lot. Just start the installer from boot-up, or run it from within your current operating system.

I will be surprised if Microsoft's EULA, on that matter, will hold up in court.

Well, knowing Microsoft they'll make a pretty good job of standing up to it. Who knows, a few million dollars here and there and it might just go away...
