Does anyone know much about these? I saw Terk makes an indoor antenna for $40 that:

Receive HDTV, UHF and VHF stations through this off-air antenna — the only indoor antenna optimized for HDTV and UHF/VHF signals.

Optimized to receive all HDTV channels (2-69)
Receive true 1080i HDTV broadcasts not available with satellite or cable TV
Eliminates unwanted reflected signals that interfere with reception

I have an projection HD ready TV - will this work or am I missing something? Seems so easy vs what DTV would entail?

    thanks

HDTV is available from terrestrial broadcast, it's true.
    This is a little-known fact!
I just bought my Lady an ATI HDTV Wonder.
It comes with a trick looking little antenna, but any UHF band rooftop antenna would not be unsuitable.
An HD-ready projection TV still requires an HDTV tuner.
Once you hook one up, it is 'ready' to go :)
