If I copy DVD with Deccrypter the sound quaity is very much as the original. However if I use DVD Shrink 3.2for the larger movies the sound drops of quite considerably on play back.
Any help by any one would be much appricated, as I am very much a newcomer to this copying process.

that's odd, I've never experienced that. So if you took the same movie and ripped it with Decrypter, then shrunk it with Shrink, are you saying you'll still get poor sound quality? Or is it just if you don't use Decrypter?

If your sound is fine when you rip with Decrypter and then use Shrink, I'd say keep doing that.
