Hi, Last time I promise! I'm buying a flip-top/swap disc set. Want to back up GTA:San Andreas which is PAL (and so will need to convert to NTSC for my PS2/TV). I'm hoping someone can give me answers to the following:

    1) Has anyone had issues backing up San Andreas? If so, what, and how did you resolve? And, did it have anything to do with using a flip-top mod?
2)What software would you use to convert from PAL - NTSC
    3) What media would you use (i.e. what brand dvd-r?)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    1. yeah, like all my dvd backups, loading is as slow as hell. this is VERY BAD for games like gta, because theres so much loading all the time. When you drive, buildings take about a full 30 seconds before you can see them. someimtes when loading missions it freezes.
I'd suggest using the HDD Advance so it loads 4x faster.

    3. brand for me has never made a difference. go as cheap as you like.
