only way i can get nero express to work and not get error messeage anyone having trouble look!!!!

i had posted here about getting a burn process failed trying to burn a dvd thru nerovision express on nero 6 . i tried everything that their is , no luck . i used clean tool to remove and reinstall about 50 times and same thing . the only i can get it to work is to make the dvd and when you go to the burn screen instaed of burning it to the dvd-r i save it to the hard drive via image . then go the nero burning rom and burn it from their / work's everytime no problem . i always save the image in the my video's in my documents and re-open it in the nero burning rom . so instead of burning the dvd 1st save it and then burn it . only way i found it to work
