I have a project I need to do about copyright and such, and I need someone to explain to me what is going on with the mirosoft suing sun for open office. I dont understand on what grounds they are suing them...it says "intellectual property" but how could they be stealing intellectual property if it was all their own coding?

Wow, I hadn't heard of that. M$ doesn't need much of a reason to sue anybody that resembles competition.

I've not heard of this either. I am an avid user of Open Office.

Can you provide a link to the news story about the Suit against Sun for the Open Office Project?

What about "Star Office" & "Easy Office"
