I know that some DVD Burners are + and some are - and some are both. I was told that only one of those will burn DVDs. + or - or least which do you recommend me to buy to buy DVD movies. + DVD Burner or - DVD Burner Thank you
There are a lot of different DVD burners out there that burns both the + and the - formats. Do a little search here and you will see plently threads about this issue. Good luck!
i got _NEC DVD+RW ND-1100A ALREADY TRYED: MEMOREX DVD+RW 4X MAXELL DVD+R 1X THEY BOTH WORK ON MY BURNER HOW DO I PASTE IMAGE IN THIS MESSEGE?
Please don't But I'm glad your able to burn +R(RW) media with you +R(RW) burner, which is what it's suppose to do. Well a dvd burner will burn dvd's, that is what it's for. Now a -R(RW) burner will [bold]only[/bold] burn -R(RW) media, and a +R(RW) burner will [bold]only[/bold] +R(RW) media. And a dual format +/-R(RW) will burn both ... So like Nephilim said, go with the dual format. And don't forget about dual layer burners, which can burn the new dual layer discs (really expensive right now, but will hopefully come down in price soon), and both +R(RW) & -R(RW) media.
you have to go the dual format ,get the best of both worlds there is a guide to explain the difference between + and - cya
