oops. installed evolutionx dash ok but when i try to reboot to original ms dashboard i get nowhere. The original xboxdash.xbe file (now renamed msxboxdash) contains no data. As does the backup file on my computer, guess i should have checked before i modified it. Where can i get an original xboxdash.xbe file? please help me!!
You will have to get it from a good unlocked HDD that you can put in your Xbox or you can get it from an Auto-installer like Slayers. When you install a dash like Evox or any other dash you don't or shouldn't need to change the name of the original Xbox dash just leave it as Xboxdash.xbe. na man i dont think you need to get a new one all you have to do is in your evox.ini file rename the link to xboxdash.xbe to msxboxdash.xbe, you should be set then.
