i have a dvd image with vob files in it
i want to rip using xvid codec to avi
i have an app d-vision that does the job

    problem is...
*there are 4 episodes in this particular dvd
*i see 4 vob files (1 gig each) that contains the episodes
*i point app at 1st 1 gig vob and convert

the individual episodes are not in their respective vob files but mixed in all of them.

for instance... in second vob, the first episode ends and another begins!

how do i go about separating them and making avi's that contain individual episodes?

maybe..........get them in avi form, then edit them with a program, like pinnacle 8 or 9 or try adobe preimiere pro 30 day free trial and do it :0 or find a different way

DVD2AVI will change your VOBS to AVI then you can edit the AVI file with VirtuDub and go through the movie and select the episodes you want and save each of them seperatly. Hope this helps
