    Hello,
We're getting into converting analog video (VHS, etc.) to digital video and have an Osprey 210 card from a previous venture. I was wondering what MPEG-2 encoder/capture software would work best.
We use WMP9 encoder which we use when we need to encode for a streaming server.
Any suggestions (particularily a share-ware/free-ware version) for a MPEG-2 encoder would greatly be appreciated. Thanks..

Well I can tell you right now that there are No Freeware Mpeg2 capture Programs...But one of the Best Quality Mpeg2 capture Programs is called "Intervideo WinDVR 3.0" it will capture to Mpeg1/2 in real time but your PC has to be Pretty Fast Like at least 2.0ghz for captureing at full resolution and full quality....Cheers
