Hey guys, had a problem I can't figure out.

I've downloaded some MPEG-2 SVCD files before that were in PAL format. When I burned them to a DVD-R, my DVD player would say "wrong format".

To fix this, I de-multiplexed the files in TMPGEnc and converted the video to SuperVCD(NTSC). I then multiplexed the new NTSC file with the old audio. It worked well for me.

However, the video I'm working with now won't convert. When I drag it into the Video source of TMPGEnc it says, "Can not open or unsupported".

    What am I doing wrong?

That happens sometimes with TMPGEnc, especially if the video has vbr encoding and the fix is to find the mpeg plugin for TMPGEnc, i'm not sure where to get it but search the forum!
