My DVD doesn't play PAL but it does play VCD NTSC. My question is, Is it possible to convert a PAL file to a NTSC file so that I can play it on my DVD as a VCD?
Well that depends, u say PAL file, what is it a VCD encoded file? or SVCD?? or a dvd?? u need to know what the source is!
I'm gonna take a wild guess that this is a PAL VCD that you are trying to convert to a NTSC VCD. Yes you can do it, just use TMPGEnc to do the conversion. Read on how to use TMPGEnc if you need help working it.
