Good afternoon, I have recently encountered a problem whilst dubbing from the hard disk to DVD - the dubbing completes OK, either for single or multiple items, but when I come to finalise, the last four DVDs I've burned report "Finalising failed" when the progress bar reaches 100%. I've had this problem occasionally before, but not four DVDs on the trot. There are 5 hours of normal speed space left on the hard disk. Are there any on-board diagnostics or upgrades I can run? Will these affect the content on the hard disk? The EH50 firmware upgrade doesn't appear on the Panasonic website, but I'm not too sure how I'd implement it anyway! Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi, I have the same problem - I wondered if this was the DVD drive being faulty, have you managed to resolve?
