    hi there,

    ok. im not too quick with the pc and technical stuff, but i would like to know if i can transfer the video on my camcorder to my pc? i can with the still photos no problems, but want the video to download to be burnt to cd. i have a usb kit supplied, but thats it. any ideas if i can do this? many thanks.

    Connect your camera to your PC with a firewire cable. This will allow a capture program to transfer your footage on to your computer.
    A good program to start with is Windows Movie Maker. It comes with Windows XP. It can capture, edit and output to a CD or your hard drive.
