Is there some preferred partition sizes when adding PS2 format to the hd using WinHIIP 1.65, or are these that the program recommends ok?

    __Net 128Mb
    __System 256Mb
    __sysconf 512Mb
    __Common 1024Mb
    __Boot 512Mb

And another question. If i add my own folder, for example __main, what size should it be?

Since no ones gonna answer, even though i bet you found out already, you can set all the partitions except __mbr and HDLoader Settings to 0mb. That can save a lot of space on your HDD. A few GB at least.
