    My Paypal has been suspended as multiple IP address accounts, I want to have a Paypal account so I can purchase online, but if I make a new Paypal account with my current IP address it will get the new account suspended as well. Is there to change IP or something like that? Like a IP that hasn't created a Paypal account so it will not get suspended as multiple account again

    but I don't know about paypal, try make a new one and if it doesn't work, then nothing lost/gained.
