I have a backed up game, Vampire Masquerades Bloodlines, on 3 discs that read fine on my work PC. But on my home PC which is alot newer and superior, I cant even open D drive when these discs are in the drive. If I try to run the drive, it says "windows cant support the media". At work when I run the drive, the install menu appears. What gives?

My work PC is fairly old. I think it has windows 2000.
My new PC is a emachine(i know, they suck) with windows xp. It works well with games like half life 2 and doom 3. Not sure of the game specs. Let me know what else I can tell you.

Try getting the latest firmware for your burner.
