Yes and No. my mouse is plug in the usb and my internet is plug in the usb as well, but when I plug a third one it just reboots by itself. I tried removing the internet Usb then plugging a different usb but still doesn't work.
If it shuts off for a specific usb device, then i would assume that its ba faulty usb device On the other hand if its for all devices then i suggest that you go to device manager and ensure that the drivers are properly installed for your USB controllers. Otherwise it may be a faulty USB Port, or power issue Hope this helps
