PC Upgrade Help

    I'm thinking of upgrading my PC for two reasons first of all someone is paying for my upgrade I know very nice person and second I always wanted to try i7. here is my latest build

    AMD FX-8350 CPU
    GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AMD 990FX
    Corsair 500r Case
    Corsair Hydro H60
    500CX Corsair PSU
    Asus Strix GTX 970
    16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3
    Samsung 840EVO 250GB
    2x2TB Seagate
    1x3TB Seagate
    Pioneer BDR-208EBK
    IHAS 124B
    Acer CB280HK 28inch 4K Monitor
    Windows 7

    Upgrades i'm thinking of are
    Intel Core i7 5930
    Gigabyte Haswell-E Intel X99 Gaming 5P 2011-3 Motherboard
    Corsair DDR4 16GB Vengeance LPX Black Memory
    Hydro Series™ H110i GT CPU Cooler from Corsair
    Asus STRIX GTX970 + 1 sli
    Samsung 850 EVO 250GB +1
    Corsair CP-9020015-UK CX 750W Power Supply 80+ Bronze (PSU)

    Any advice would be really helpful as I get a little bit wasteful when it comes to upgrades
