PCI card version of "Starview"

    I have seen loads of PCI DVB-C cards out there which will allow me to view and record FTA channels on my pc, but does anyone know of a PC card which will decrypt scrambled channels, just like a Starview reciever.
    basicly I am too much of a tight arse to buy the starview PVR box. :)

    there is no pci version of starview.

    Is there a pc card that has the same functionality of starview etc?

    not at the moment. the only cards available are satellite cards.
