Recently, every time I boot up my system, it shows a new hardware found window. I checked my Device Manager and it has a yellow ! on the PCI Controller. The driver is not installed. Any advice on what to do?

That should be on your motherboard's driver CD.

Thanks for that the only motherboard CD that i have is the one that has this written on it; SIS 661FX Series Motherboard.

Could this be used for any PC or just the one with this type of model of motherboard

It'll probably be specific to your chipset, do you know what chipset you have?
You can download a program called CPUZ for free to find out.
