hey i was installing lights on my ps2 and the controller port came out of the mother board of the ps2 i thought oh itll be easy just close the clasp but the clasp broke off of the motherboard and it wont go back on. i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the clasp or if i could buy one or another way of connecting the cable to the mother board. thanx for the help.

If you have the same ps2 model as me, I rolled up a piece of toilet paper, and got it damp, waited for it to dry and put it in between the metal chassis and the cable, and it works fine

I had the same problem with my "spare" fat PS2 I think that PlaStaion is right or you could use some Electric tape (the black tape) and wad it up under there. but toilet paper would probably be tighter.
