I don't download anymore with P2P. And I have all of the blocks checkmarked (govermental, educational and etc.) but the links load really slow now. Because of peerguardian blocking stuff. Which ones can I turn off? I don't even download stuff, never. But just to feel safe-- because rogers caught me once downloading with p2p. Or I don't need to use PeerGuardian?

There are usual IP blocks like: DoubleClick, NetworkAccessCorp, PornDirect <-- dunno.

But I've gotten so many weird unis there:

    Colorado State University
    University of Oregon
    University of Chicago
    University of Tennesse
    Beyond The Network America
    Revenue Science
    Tribal Fusion

    .............hmm thoughts?

Well all the University PeerGuardian2 is blocking are for reasons involving the program updating its P2P list. But if your not downloading via P2P then there really is no need for PeerGuardian2 to be running.
