    is there a program similar to peer guardian that works with vista?

    HideIP makes others see your computer as an IP other than the one you actually have.

    im running this right now, and whenever i read a thread that has that little green monster with the sign saying what your IP is and all that info, its still pulling up my 'real' information, not the italy, turky, china IP addy that hide IP is stating im currently using.

    That was the same as my PC but when in chat rooms etc for testing it came up with the ip that hideip showed. Also same as website hits and what ip addresses have accessed your website. But it didnt work with them things. Not sure why.
