PHILIPS DVD+R won't let SONIC add more files on it

    I successfully made a 1-GigaByte data disc (Philips DVD+R -- can store up to 4 Gigabytes) using a Sonic DigitalMedia Plus v7 (DVD creator/burner).

    I played the burned disc using Windows Media Player and it worked.

    When I tried to add more files (.DAT files) to the disc using the same program (Sonic), I could not even load the disc anymore.

    What could be the problem?

    I meant, Sonic couldn't access the disc anymore but I can still play the disc using Windows Media Player.
