    Hi everyone!

I'm reaching for help because current computer died today!
It doesn't turn on, However, I have been able to test my PSU and HD. Everything seems to work in perfect conditions.
For now I would like to upgrade Processor, RAM (32gb), GPU and of course, Motherboard.
I want to buy all the parts from Portuguese stores because of any RMA issues that might come up.
I don’t want to spend more than 650€. I would love if you guys could help me choose the new parts for my new computer.
For now, I have already sorted some options for each component, I'll leave the links below. (sorry for the long links)
I Want the computer to be as energy eficient as possible, so probably AMD parts will be out of the competition, no?
If you guys know about any other Portuguese stores that might be cheaper please advise!
Feel free to ask any question!

Unless someone else answers i think you'll get the advice you need at videohelp.com.
You should also check out pc worlds articles & video's including "the full nerd" vid blogs as they address cpu capability's including graphic cards when it comes to gaming or video production & which is better suited for either.I think they have those reviews under graphic card comparisons or best graphic card & the cpu's under the same or what you should buy intel vs ryzen

However if i was doing video encoding & such like i'd want as many cores as i could afford up to around 12 cores, anything over that unless it's some serious editing like professional then 16 core.Ram- same again heaps ..lol.. Graphic card - Nvidia has quadro cards tho if you want to do gaming perhaps something else..
