Well I am wanting to design a clan website. From what I've read a lot of clan websites are made with a PHP-NUKE database? Anyways I'm really all to new to this stuff I have a website template all ready to upload and I have a host, does the host need to support PHP-NUKE and if it doesn't would is it possible to upload it onto a php-nuke database that does and use it with my host?

You would need a host for that and the majority of them cost money, unless you don't mind advertisements all over your website.
